How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at SAMVIXTECHNOLOGIES@GMAIL.COM within 7 days of delivery
2. Include your order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged/wrong item
3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
4. If approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup and process your refund
5. Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
